First time seeing us? This is the option for you. In this consultation, I will get to know you, what your goals are & how to best support you through evidence-based nutrition. We will take the time to go through your medical history, blood tests, diet & your preferences to really get clear on the goals you need to focus on whether for fertility, pregnancy or postpartum. You will leave feeling supported with clear strategies & guidance. 

30 Minutes | $87 AUD

You look familiar - that's because you're back for a review! I (Fatema) will review any recent new blood tests completed, how you are going with working on your goals and tweak any changes needed in your plan. You will have any new questions answered with clarity and understanding and receive the accountability you need to keep improving your nourishment for yourself and baby (whether yet to conceive, in your belly or in your arms!)

Online consultations are done over zoom, simply pick the time that suits you, get ready with whatever device you have (phone, laptop etc.) and speak to us from the comfort of whatever location you choose! You can access our services from anywhere in the world!
